First and Transition Year students were treated to a Sound Healing workshop with therapist Marta Lyszkiewiczo on Thursday 9th March 2017. Marta used voice sound vibrations to alleviate stress, pain, muscle tension, insomnia, fatigue and more. During each session, beautifully crafted metal therapy Tibetan singing bowls were placed over students. Marta then taped on the bowls following a specific rthymn. As the bowls began to vibrate, they sent waves of vibration throughout student' bodies harmonising cells. The aim of this exercise was to direct spiritual healing to students. Students thouroughly enjoyed the workshop and found it to be deeply relaxing.
