Physical exercise can improve mental health by reducing anxiety. A regular fitness routine can help you cope with stress and leave you feeling better about yourself. As part of Wellbeing Week, Ms Mullen offered students a Zumba class. Zumba is a fitness programme that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Rosmini is delighted to be involved in the DCU UniTY programme. UniTY is a skills based programme specifically aimed at Transition Year students. It has been designed to increase student engagement in education and raise motivation and career aspirations and broaden students' world view. The curriculum is made up of Multimedia & Social Innovation, Smart Skills, Employability & Leadership and Student Empowerment. Other classes benefit through Maths quizzes, "Junior Discover" pathways to third level, DCU "Summer Scholars" programme, rugby and soccer blitzes.
