On Wednesday, 12th November, students from the 6th year music class, Ms Mc Swiney and David Larkin flew to Liverpool for the Beatles Experience. We visited the Beatles Story museum and the fab 4D experience on the docks. We did the magical mystery bus tour on the Thursday. On this tour we visited various places of interest to the Beatles like; where they grew up, schools they attended, the hall where they met and rehearsed, places they composed, strawberry fields, Eleanor Rigby's grave and Penny Lane.We also attended a gig in the Cavern Club on Wednesday evening. Here we saw 2 tribute acts to the Beatles. The trip was enjoyed by all.
