Friday 4th February: Our Sixth Year Art Class visited the Jack B. Yeats ‘Painting and Memory’ exhibition at the National Gallery of Ireland This is a photo some of the class working on worksheets there. They also saw the Zurich Portrait Prize Exhibition as part of their History and Appreciation of Art Leaving Certificate course. In the afternoon they visited the National Museum of Archaeology Kildare Street. It was a very productive day and a great opportunity for our students to experience great works of art first hand.
