Members of the Green Committee visted DCU on November 9th Last and were worked on harvesting some organic potatoes in the Community Garden. The potatoes were looked after by the students and by DCU staff over the summer holidays. No chemicals or artifical fertilisers were used. After the harvesting the students will cook them in thier Home Economic Class.
