Dublin Barista School vistied the school on 5th December to give the TY students a talk on Barista Skills. Thanks to the Baristas on the day who showed us how to make expressos.We also saw the  workings of a commercial coffeee machine. Also a big thanks to Mr Darbey who orgainsed the event and to the teachers who participated.
